BOOKING TERM & CONDITIONS:

Email Booking Confirmation: Contact information and instructions will be supplied immediately after
securing your online booking. Your confirmed departure date and time will be emailed to you within 24
hours.


Booking conditions: Reservations must re-confirmed at least 24 hours prior in advance of the applicable
scheduled Dinner the Sky reservation day/date/time by calling: 702-257-7303.


Cancellations: Cancellation received within 48 hours or No Show of the original day/date/time
reservation, will result in 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price.


Adverse Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions, Dinner the Sky Las Vegas will extend
alternative departure date(s) and time(s).


Flight times: Dinner in the Sky, (DS1) approx: 20-25 minutes. Dinner the Sky - Sunset (DS2) approx:
35-45 minutes. Note: Flight times include loading & unloading.


Credit Card Payment – I authorize Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas to charge my credit card the amount due
as stated on the completed booking form. I also agree that by clicking that I agree to the booking terms &
conditions, I accept that a credit card signature is not required as payment in full.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received within 48 hours or No Show of the original day/date/time reservation, will result in 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price.

Cancellations received more than 48 hours of the original day/date/time will be applicable to a $50 per person cancellation processing fee.
